Printing Troubleshooting – Too Far Down

The Issue

Printing is starting too far down the page so data and footers are lost at the bottom.

This was a problem for Vicki when we upgraded the systems in 2014.

The Solution

The printer may think it should be printing to A4 size, rather than Letter.

• Printers
  Right-click offending printer
  Printer Properties > General > Preferences
  Paper Quality > top line can be used to set, or create, a Dempsey profile
  Paper size = Letter
  Apply
  Save
  Close Properties.
